As a life coach working in the Agile community, I am committed to fostering a supportive and challenging culture for senior Agile coaches. To this end, I do 1-on-1 coaching and mentoring, with leaders and coaches.
Now I'm adding something more collaborative and accessible, to the mix: group peer coaching.
I'm excited about the synergy and depth-of-practice we can create by reflecting together and coaching each other, in community!
I’ve taken the classic mastermind and wrapped it in a container that helps members connect, design personal experiments and get accountability. I call it the BraveMind format.
The BraveMind combines the laser-focus of a MasterMind with the richness of community building and peer conversation.
Each week, in the BraveSeat segment of the meeting, one participant brings a real "case" from their work, explains what they'd like to learn or improve, and gets our focused attention and feedback. We'll use the powerful “Case Clinic” facilitation format from the Presencing Institute, or do two shorter Agile-Intervisions.
This isn't your basic intro-to-coaching-skills circle - this one's going deep.
