Passionate Coaches Peer Group

an inspiring place to play, share and learn

Hello, friends!

Now that I'm happily settled here in Canada, I'm craving community. I miss the synergy of coaching school and coach camps and user groups.

Are you getting enough slow, synergystic time with people who really "get" what you love to do?

Who do you celebrate your weirdly coach-ish achievements with?
"They think they did it all on their own! Woohoo!" ;->

Who challenges you? And who coaxes you down off the ledge when it gets tense?

I'm looking for a community of peers to live the coaching life out loud with. Where we can let go of the "shoulds" and dream our unique dreams of service and growth as coaches and human beings.

Will you join me?

How often?

To be discussed: weekly? monthly? drop-in or committed attendance?

Agenda:

Let's make it just what we want!

We'll start with a design session, to share our hopes. Together, we'll design ways to help each other get what we need from this peer group.

Here are some ideas we could use, regularly or occasionally.

This is just the start of a brainstorm list, until our shared design is agreed upon.

  • lean coffee
  • coaching triads for feedback
  • teach each other coaching exercises
  • ask for help/advice
  • peer intervision
  • unstructured conversation
  • invited guest for specific topic
  • drinks and fun together
  • intuitive art journaling
  • slack channel
  • in-person retreat :-)
  • I can't wait to hear your ideas.

Pricing:

Since this group is as much for me as for you :-) I foresee no session fee.

I may ask a one-time $50 fee to cover admin and communications, depending on what we design.

FYI: In future, I'd like to offer similar, but more structured BraveMind groups to the public, for senior Agile Coaches, at around $55 CAD per hour, per person, for a 6-session package. These could be focused on coaching skills, or agile-coaching skills, depending on the focus of each group. But one thing at a time :-)

Join me?

I'd love to meet with you regularly!

Let's live what we teach (and have some fun)...

We'll start with just one meetup,
to catch up & dream together...

"Deb helped me understand more about what I really value, how to make deliberate choices in both my professional and personal life to support those values and push aside the non-helpful behaviors and patterns that I have been carrying along all my life but do not need anymore for my next steps. Thanks!"
