Intervision - Introduction to Observational Feedback

Intervision offers you a confidential place to share your puzzles and concerns, and to learn from your experiences.

It’s a live, facilitated 35-minute session, where you reflect with peers upon an experience that you’d like to learn from and improve for next time. After sharing your experience, or “case”, you’ll receive observational feedback – with compassion, and without judgement or “fixing”, following which there’s a little time for unstructured discussion to deepen your learning.

Bring your own circle of trusted peers, people who “get” what you do, or ask for my help to create a circle. Meet regularly to build trust and depth as you share your challenges. Grow together in confidence and skill, as you support each other’s strengths and aspirations.

What is Observational Feedback?

This 5-minute video below gives you an introduction to the Agile-Intervision facilitation format – the structure that keeps feedback constructive and “observational”.
