• A Mentor rolls up her sleeves and works out solutions with you.
• Mentor-Coaching gives you both: I use my expertise to spot gaps and provide training, and I coach you to boost confidence and alignment.

Of course, the best way to find a coach is to be coached, which is why I offer a free sample session, and encourage clients to sample several coaches.

Mentor-Coaching is designed to deepen your skills, whether you’re doing ‘pure’ coaching or applying your coaching skills in another role, as a leader, healer or organisational change agent. For clients using a formal coaching framework, my work is guided by your competency model – for example, ICF ACC or PCC competencies, or the Co-Active Coaching model. For others, we design a custom competency model to suit your specific needs.

The ICF structure of this work is the same for a new credential or a renewal: 10 hours of coaching, over 3 to 4 months. Includes review & feedback for segments of two student recordings (each: 20 minutes).
