Centering with Dignity, Belonging, Sufficiency

The DBS centering exercise has been taught for many years by master coach Doug Silsbee. I learned it from some of his students in the Coaches Rising community.

Here’s my summary of the three elements. I encourage you to make them your own, even add elements, as you’ll see is done in the recording.

Dignity: You are inherently worthy of esteem and respect.

Belonging: You take up space and belong in this space. You choose who to invite into your space.

Sufficiency: You are enough. You have enough. More than enough is on its way.
