Hiring Deb turned out to be one of the best investments I’ve made in myself. She has a genuine way about her of getting me to explore what’s happening and what is true for myself. This isn’t always comfortable for me but it does get me to the heart of an issue. Her intuition as a coach serves well as she holds me accountable to what is true for me. As a result of our work together I am done with playing small.
